Inhouse TFE Program
Your organization will benefit from a team of inhouse facilitators or from individuals who share participatory techniques and methods.
The Meetings That Work course includes best practices for all meetings and 72 tools that will increase productivity and commitment of team members.
The Group Facilitation Methods course will dramatically enhance problem solving, continuous improvement, training, team development, communication and much more.
Facilitating Client Collaboration will provide new ways of approaching entrenched situations with long range solutions.
The Inhouse TFE Program includes Group Facilitation Methods, Meetings That Work, and Facilitating Client Collaboration. It is not essential that all courses be attended by the same people, but those who do attend all courses will cover all the competencies assessed by the International Association of Facilitators.
An additional benefit of the Inhouse TFE program is that case studies can include current or upcoming organization situations, allowing for new insight and potential solutions being developed in a safe, training environment.
Three courses can be taken all at once or spread out over a year or more. Any course can be taken in any country where it is available.
In the ToP Facilitation Essentials Program you will learn how to:
- Understand and assess client needs as an internal or external facilitator.
- Hold conversations that focus teams and stakeholders on results.
- Build consensus and commitment to implement with any group.
- Lead meetings and events using best practices and dozens of tools and methods.
- Help teams articulate challenges and respond with creativity.
- Co-manage multi-session events.
